ESOP Module
The Employee Stock Ownership Program is a featured benefit for employees. However, many employees, particularly those new to the company, do not know much about the ESOP. This video is a component of a module designed to encourage employees to learn more about the program and its benefits. It was launched to all current employees during the announcement of the stock price and it will be assigned to new employees upon their enrollment in the program.

This Quick Start Guide is a tutorial for the Volkert Vault, an LMS that supports and encourages employees in their professional and personal growth pursuits through engaging content. The Volkert Vault manages all employee training assignments, offers thousands of free courses (industry accredited content for professional engineers), and provides employees a place to research, complete, and track requirements for licenses and credentials. This video is sent to new hires on their first day and was used for all employees when the page launched.
